Grade

State the approved designation or mark it unknown. Add the operating-temperature and demagnetization context used for the decision. High-coercivity suffixes can change both the technical requirement and export path.

Origin

Define which manufacturing step determines acceptable origin and which evidence the buyer expects. A commercial office address alone does not establish where the magnet is sintered.

Timing

Separate tooling, production, inspection, export licence, freight and customs instead of requesting one blended lead time.
